A Holiday Gift

The holidays have been difficult this year.
Still, I have always felt if I did something
positive it would helped.

So, I am making Pockets of Joy for my family
and hanging them on the Christmas tree.
Inside of each pocket is a small card with a little note from me.
Each one refers to something for just that family member.
A special hope just for them during this Season of Hope.

I am also putting a dollar in each Pocket of Joy.
For each family member to give to the charity of their choice.
A dollar seems a small thing and
we many times want to wait till we can give more.
But I have found a dollar, pennies, nickles, dimes and quarters
will all add up over time to enough for almost anything.

You will find the template for the Pocket of Joy on my website
www.belindalandtroop.com
Just click on the snowpeople and it will take you to the download page.

The pockets are easy to make.
They are perfect as a hanging gift, place cards or packet for dried herbs.

I hope you have wonderful Holidays!!!

Smiles and Sunshine,

Belinda

What a wonderful idea! A great way to encourage each member of your family and instill giving.
