Stamped Wrapping Paper

Here's a quick and easy idea for wrapping a small gift.
Materials Needed:
Darker colored piece of tissue paper                                                                                                  Metallic Ink (Gold or Silver)
Stamps
Ribbon or Cording
Wax sided Parchment Paper and iron
Crumple up the tissue paper. Straighten it back out leaving crease marks for dimension.

Stamp various images going all different directions. I used the Sparkles Let It Snow Stamp Set.

Turn tissue paper over and layer with a piece of parchment paper. Wax side Down onto the tissue paper.

Iron at a non-steam setting. The wax of the parchment will stick to the tissue paper. This will make the paper stronger when wrapping a gift and it brightens the stamped images.

Wrap your gift and add a ribbon!

Ohhhh this is wonderful! What a great tech with the wax paper. So any craft/pigment ink will work for this?! What a great way to make custom wrapping paper!!
