Iris Pencil Cup

Today, I have an idea for you, just in case you need a last minute gift that almost anyone could use -- a hand stamped pencil cup:


Or.... a marker cup, a paintbrush cup, and so on and so on....

I used a plain pencil cup from Prima and applied paint and card stock. On the outer band of card stock I repeatedly stamped the beautiful iris image from A Dreamer's Moment. For depth of color I used colored pencil and then Shimmerz paint on top of that. Lastly, I glued a little diamond dust to the edges of the petals.

A small, simple handmade gift is always fun to do and really doesn't take too long to make. Give it a try!
